This policy explains what information Simply Works Marketing ("SWM", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, our client portal, and the messages we exchange with restaurants and creators.
What we collect
- When you contact us or book a call: your name, email, phone number, restaurant name and anything you write to us.
- Client portal accounts: your login email, your restaurant's details and the details of your creator campaigns.
- Creators: public Instagram profile information (such as your handle, follower count and public posts) and the messages we exchange to arrange a visit, such as the visit date, time and party size.
- Website visits: basic technical data such as your browser type and the pages you view. [Confirm: list any analytics tools used.]
How we use it
- To answer you and run the services you ask for.
- To find creators who fit a restaurant, arrange visits and track posts.
- To show restaurant clients their creators, visits and posts in the portal.
- To keep our service safe and working well.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when we need to:
- with the restaurant a creator visits, so they can host the visit (for example the creator's handle, visit time and party size);
- with companies that help us run our service, such as hosting, email and scheduling providers, who may use it only to provide that help;
- when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information while we need it for the reasons above, then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Creators can ask us to stop contacting them at any time. Email info@simplyworks.marketing.
Children
Our services are not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Creators we invite (SWM Creator Ops)
This part covers SWM Creator Ops, our internal tool for inviting creators to partner restaurants and scheduling their visits. It matches the policy published at swm-ai-agency.github.io/privacy.html (last updated September 27, 2026).
This policy explains how Simply Works Marketing ("SWM", "we") handles information in SWM Creator Ops, our internal tool for inviting creators to partner restaurants and scheduling their visits.
What we collect
- Public creator information: the public Instagram profile details of creators we may invite, such as username, public posts, follower count, general area, and a business email address the creator lists publicly.
- Messages: the messages exchanged with a creator about an invitation, by Instagram direct message or email.
- Visit details: the agreed date, time and party size, and the creator's handle and a contact phone number if they give one for the booking.
We do not store the text of allergy or dietary information that creators share. We only record that a check was done.
Google user data
SWM Creator Ops connects to one Gmail account, SWM's own mailbox (team03swm@gmail.com), with the Gmail permissions to send email and to read and label messages. It uses this access only to send invitations and follow-ups, and to read and answer the replies in email threads it started itself. It does not read, use or keep other mail in the mailbox.
SWM Creator Ops' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general artificial-intelligence models. People do not read it except to handle a conversation or where the law requires.
How we use information
We use it only to invite creators to partner restaurants, arrange and confirm visits, send reminders, and hand special cases to a member of our team. We share visit details only with the restaurant being visited and the SWM staff handling the visit.
How long we keep it
Message text is stored encrypted and deleted after about 7 days. We keep records of outreach for up to 12 months and of completed visits for up to 2 years, and then delete them. Email addresses and phone numbers are kept only on SWM's own operator computer.
Your choices
Reply "stop" to any email and we will not email you again. To have your information deleted or to ask what we hold, write to team03swm@gmail.com.
Security
Access tokens and contact details are stored in encrypted system storage on SWM's operator computer and are not shared with other services.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
